Requisite System is a software house dedicated to developing a single, comprehensive online tool, the Requisite Organization Platform (RO Platform), to support the implementation of Requisite Organization around the world.
The RO Platform is the direct result of collaboration between the Requisite Organization International Institute (ROII) and the specialist OD software company, 360 Partnership. The RO Platform is the only software endorsed by ROII and is supported by the technical expertise and experience of 360 Partnership.
What is the RO Platform?
The purpose of the Requisite Organization Platform is to provide comprehensive online support and guidance to employees at all levels of an organization as they seek to implement the principles and procedures of a Requisite Organization. Elliott Jaques & Requisite Organization: A Contextual Overview
In the global business world, Requisite Organization, the complete and unified system by the late Professor Elliott Jaques, stands as a beacon for a scientific approach to understanding the organization of work systems. Requisite Organization is a total system for effective managerial organization and managerial leadership for the 21st century.
To quote Jaques himself, ‘The aims of the Requisite Organization are simple. They are to develop organization structures and organization processes which can provide for top flight working and business effectiveness, in which:
1. People can rest secure in the knowledge that they can trust each other to work together in an honest and straight forward manner.
2. They can use their personal capabilities to the full, both to their own personal satisfaction, and to contribute fully to the successful functioning of the organization.'
What is the ROII?
ROII was established in 1999 to provide support and services to those engaged in the implementation and further development of the work of Elliott Jaques. The RO Platform owes a huge debt to the experience and insight of Kathryn Cason, President and Co-founder of ROII, and Rebecca Cason, Requisite Organization Advisor and ROII founding board member, whose work with Elliott Jaques began in 1984 with a project to illustrate 'Requisite Organization.'
