The Extant Profiler is a tool designed specifically for advisers working with their clients in the area of Requisite Organization.

The Extant Profiler enables the adviser to capture and record the full details of their extant analysis:

Key information collected and presented in the module:

• Charting the extant organization, both roles and role-holders.

• Identifying the key role relationships in the managerial accountability hierarchy (MAH), including cross-functional and project team relationships.

• Identifying the work levels of current roles within the organization based on role accountabilities, tasks and time-spans of discretion.

• Identifying critical gaps or areas of compression in accountabilities.

• Developing detailed options for organization and role redesign against Requisite criteria.

• Generating detailed reports on current and/or proposed roles and relationships.

Based on the sandbox within the Profiler module of the RO Platform, the Extant Profiler employs the same visual charts, graphs and detailed reporting to enable the adviser to illustrate every step of their analysis and recommendations, helping their clients to understand and appreciate the full benefits of implementing a truly Requisite Organization.
