Below is an example of our new ‘Levelled View’ of the organisation chart. It shows all organisational roles not only color-coded but also aligned by Work Level. The red arrows show areas of compression (i.e. more than one hierarchical layer in a single Work level). The blue arrows show a missing level of work in the hierarchy. Both can cause problems in organisational health and efficiency.
