The Talent Planner module enables the manager to plan the development of a population of employees who have a distribution of current potential capability to discharge the organizations current and future human resourcing requirements; the module facilitates talent pool mapping, succession planning, selection, recruitment, mentoring, lateral transfers and other methods of individual career development.
