In response to many requests from partner RO advisers and clients around the world, the latest version of the Requisite Platform now includes a new ‘Levelled View’ of the organization, in which roles are not only color-coded but also aligned according to Work Level. There were a few technical challenges in creating the new chart but these have been overcome and the new ‘Levelled View’ of the organization has been very well received. It appears in the RO Profiler and Talent Planner modules, all sandboxes and the Extant Profiler.

A fifth module has now been added to the four existing modules of the RO Platform.
The new Skills Profiler module enables managers to identify the skills and skill levels demanded of a subordinate role, to review and agree the skills profile of the current role holder and to identify their skills gaps and priority development needs.
The new module was launched in May 2010 and is already seen by both current and prospective users of the RO Platform as a most valuable addition, especially when integrated with the PEA and Talent Planner modules.

The new Extant Profiler was launched in November 2009. The Extant Profiler is a software program designed specifically for RO advisers or consultants in Requisite Organization. The program is a derivative of the Requisite Organization Platform.
Its aim is to provide specialists working in this area (whether internal or external to the organization) with a way of analysing and describing the extant state of an organization in preparation for the implementation of a Requisite system.

ROII and Requisite System launched their new Requisite Organization Platform in Buenos Aires on 26-27 October 2009. Argentina was selected as the launch pad for the new software because of the keen interest that the RO system has generated in the South American continent over many years.
The launch events were hosted by Aldo Schlemenson, who worked with Professor Elliott Jaques. Aldo has powerfully championed RO concepts and principles across South America for over two decades. The launch was opened by Kathryn and Rebecca Cason and attended by a large number of experienced RO advisers and interested representatives from prospective client organizations. Tim and David Harding presented the new platform, which was greeted with great enthusiasm. To quote one experienced RO Adviser, the long-awaited software to support RO implementation is ‘most impressive and quite elegant’ – praise indeed!
